Return Window: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a return or refund within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment to the address provided by Luks Homee. Luks Homee will cover the return shipping cost by reimbursing the shipping fee or providing a prepaid return label after approval and inspection of the returned item
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after item inspection and approval
Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
